Day One Defense clears your drains professionally. If structural issues like broken pipes or root intrusion are found during the camera inspection, we’ll give you a clear estimate. Repair is a separate conversation.
Included in every service, our sewer camera inspection is the only way to see what’s actually happening inside your pipes. It’s not optional for a reason: knowledge is protection.
Before we begin any work, we require your acknowledgment of the program’s scope and limits. No surprises, no fine print. Just mutual clarity before day one.
The service is performed before your official move-in date. We’ll coordinate directly with you to schedule at a time that works, whether that’s during the final walkthrough period or right after closing.
The flat fee covers up to 8 total fixtures plus main line access. Additional fixtures beyond the standard scope are available as add-ons at a transparent per-fixture rate, always quoted before any work is done.
The 30-day guarantee covers any drain that was serviced during the program. Drains that weren’t accessible or weren’t included in the original scope are not covered. Your service report will document exactly which drains were cleaned.
We’ll document the finding clearly in your report and provide a written estimate for repair. The drain cleaning service itself is not affected, but structural issues are outside the guarantee scope and would require a separate repair service.
Hydrojetting is not included in the base flat fee, but is available as an optional add-on if our team recommends it during the service. It’s never performed without your explicit approval first.
We recommend someone be available during the service, but it’s not always required. We’ll discuss access options when you book. Your service report and findings will be fully documented regardless of whether you’re on-site.
